How it works

We make getting care quick and easy so you can get back to what matters most.

1. Login
If it’s your first time, complete our quick registration process to login
2. Complete health survey (5-15 minutes) or Chat directly with a provider (20- 30 minutes)
Share relevant information with a trusted MUSC provider via text-based form on your phone or computer.
3. Get a diagnosis and care plan
An MUSC provider will review your health survey and create a treatment plan. You will receive a notification when your plan is ready for your review.
4. Begin your care
If our medical team determines a prescription is appropriate, choose your pharmacy and pick up your medication. If you selected a “personal care” condition, your treatment plan may recommend additional lab work and a follow-up video visit. Our scheduling team will contact you to schedule this video visit, and your insurance information will be collected at that time.
