How it works
We make getting care quick and easy so you can get back to what matters most.
- 1. LoginIf it’s your first time, complete our quick registration process to login
- 2. Complete health survey (5-15 minutes) or Chat directly with a provider (20- 30 minutes)Share relevant information with a trusted MUSC provider via text-based form on your phone or computer.
- 3. Get a diagnosis and care planAn MUSC provider will review your health survey and create a treatment plan. You will receive a notification when your plan is ready for your review.
- 4. Begin your careIf our medical team determines a prescription is appropriate, choose your pharmacy and pick up your medication. If you selected a “personal care” condition, your treatment plan may recommend additional lab work and a follow-up video visit. Our scheduling team will contact you to schedule this video visit, and your insurance information will be collected at that time.
Message your provider with any follow-up medical questions after receiving your treatment plan.
